New State Regulation as of October 2024

Previously, we only required that food weighing more than 5 lbs needed to be in a hard plastic or metal container with a lid (bug and rodent proof). During our most recent inspection, they advised us that it is now required that ALL items per pup must be in a bug or roden proof container. Therefore, please make sure that any extra beds and blankets, all food and treats, and all toys are in a plastic or metal container with a lid. A great option to store ALL of your items is a large storage tub. Thank you!

Hours:

Although we do have staff on site 24 hours a day/365 days a year, we keep our pickups/dropoffs and answering phone calls to the hours of 8am-5pm Thursday through Tuesday. WE ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS.  We do not allow drop offs or pick ups on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Years Day as we need time with our families too.  Thanks for understanding, and for entrusting us with your furbabies care. 

HOLIDAY HOURS:  

8 to noon:  Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve

CLOSED: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter
