Jeff and Marla (Administrative), SVDC Owners

Marina, Supervisor/K-9 Care Specialist:

Marina is the daughter of owners Jeff and Marla.  She graduated from KSU with a major in Women's Studies, and she minored in Animal Science. During high school, she volunteered at the local veterinarian's office for two years. In college, she worked at a dairy for one year, and the following three at a swine and chicken farm. She is married with 2 rescue dogs Brody (Beagle/Bassett mix) and Dixon (Beagle); 2 cats named Kiara and Smoky; a pinstripe boa named Kaa; a bearded dragon named Rango; a day gecko; a Savannah monitor named Sarabi; a Russian tortoise named Maui; 3 donkeys (BIanca, Bernard, and Ellie Mae); 2 horses (Achilles and Rusty); 30 chickens (they are named but way too many to list); 10 ducks (same as the chickens); 4 goats (Phoebus, Djali, Esmerelda, and Laverne); and 2 geese (Amelia and Abigail).

Kayleigh, Head K-9 Care Specialist:

Kayleigh is trained as a vet tech, and has also worked as a dog bather and "prepper". She lives in Lindsborg with her two children, three dogs (Atlas, Miley, and Ella), and a snake (Mufasa).
